MILT stands for McGrath Institute of Leadership Training. It is a Social Movement that empowers people to be more humane and productive by realizing their inner potential. MILT conducts leadership-training programs. The driving force behind this movement is Aporesh Acharya, a former faculty of the Dale Carnegie Institute, New York. He has been conducting Leadership training programmes in various cities in India, for the past 39 years. He continues to guide the Leadership Training Program, conducted by an accredited Trainer.

Snehalayas are a project of the MILT charitable trust. Snehalaya, as the name suggests is a HOME OF LOVE for the children to whom love is only hearsay and smile a luxury. The motto of MILT Charitable Trust is to provide a home in its true sense to those children with single parent, a home in which sublime love, unmatched care and boundless compassion, reign supreme to help the human in each of these kids to blossom unstifled. Male under privileged children, belonging to single parent, in the age group of 6 years and above are admitted to Snehalaya Homes, with the written consent of single parent or guardian, after a prescribed due diligence exercise. MILT Charitable Trust is committed to rear such children in an atmosphere of Love, Care and Compassion, to enable them to be responsible future citizens of our society..
